Child Safety Standards
Mingo is committed to protecting children and complying with Google Play's Child Safety Standards. This page explains Mingo's zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation, how we enforce it, and how you can report concerns.

Mingo is strictly for users aged 18 years and older. Minors are not permitted to create accounts, use Mingo, or appear in any user-generated content on Mingo. Anyone who becomes aware of a minor using Mingo should report it immediately using the channels below.
Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Mingo explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
Mingo also prohibits, without limitation:
- Grooming
- Sexual exploitation of minors
- Solicitation of minors
- Trafficking involving minors
- Coercion involving minors
- Any content, communication, profile, listing, photo, video, or behaviour that involves minors in a sexual, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise prohibited context
- Any attempt to contact, exploit, solicit, or engage with minors through Mingo
These prohibitions apply across Mingo, including profiles, messages, chats, photos, videos, Explore, Services listings, and any other user-generated content.
Immediate removal and enforcement
Violating content or accounts will be removed immediately when identified. Violating accounts may be permanently suspended or terminated. Mingo may also restrict features, preserve evidence where appropriate, and take any other action needed to protect users and comply with the law.
Law enforcement cooperation
Mingo cooperates with law enforcement where legally required, including in response to valid legal process and where required to report or preserve information related to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
How to report on Mingo
Users can report profiles, messages, chats, photos, videos, service listings, and other user-generated content through Mingo:
- In the app: open a chat or use Settings → Report a Problem (or Privacy & Safety → Report a Problem)
- Block a user from chat so they can no longer contact you, then submit a report with details
- Email the Mingo Child Safety Team (below) with your account email, what you saw, and any relevant usernames, screenshots, or links
Please include as much detail as possible so Mingo can investigate quickly. Do not redistribute illegal material when reporting; describe it and provide in-app context where possible.
How Mingo reviews reports
All reports are reviewed promptly by the Mingo Child Safety Team. Mingo reviews reports and takes appropriate moderation action, which may include content removal, account suspension or termination, and escalation to law enforcement where legally required.
