Community Guidelines
Mingo is built for genuine connections. Everyone must follow these guidelines.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mingo. Mingo is strictly for adults. Minors are not allowed on the platform.
Child safety — zero tolerance
Mingo has zero tolerance for harm to children. The following are strictly prohibited on Mingo:
- Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
- Grooming
- Sexual exploitation of minors
- Any attempt to contact, exploit, or solicit minors
- Trafficking, coercion, or any content or behaviour involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, or abusive context
Violating content will be removed immediately. Violating accounts may be permanently suspended or terminated. Mingo cooperates with law enforcement where legally required. See our Child Safety Standards for full details and how to report.
Be respectful
Treat others with kindness. No hate speech, threats, bullying, or discrimination.
Be authentic
Use recent photos of yourself. Do not impersonate others or create misleading profiles.
Stay safe
- Never share passwords or send money to people you meet on Mingo
- Meet in public places and tell someone you trust
- Report suspicious or abusive behaviour in the app
Services
When using Services to browse or contact providers, you must follow the same safety and respect standards that apply elsewhere on Mingo. Providers must offer only lawful services and accurate listings. Users and providers must not use Services to arrange or promote illegal activity.
- Do not offer, request, or facilitate illegal services
- Do not post or exchange prohibited content through Services (including illegal, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise banned material)
- Do not misrepresent a service, credentials, location, or availability
- Do not harass, spam, or pressure users or providers through Service interactions
Prohibited content
- Nudity or sexual content in public profile areas where not allowed
- Illegal activity, spam, or commercial solicitation without permission
- Illegal services or prohibited content offered or requested through Services
- Minors on the platform (18+ only)
- CSAE, CSAM, grooming, or any exploitation or solicitation of minors
Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, restrictions, or permanent account removal. Report issues via Settings → Report a Problem, email the Mingo Child Safety Team at childsafety.mingo.apps@gmail.com, or contact general support at support.mingo.apps@gmail.com.
